Welcome! We’re thrilled you’ve invested in a Polarstone® surface, and we look forward to providing decades of beauty and enjoyment in your home.

Polarstone® offers an industry-leading Limited Lifetime Warranty. We are happy to provide the support you need should there ever be any issue with your Polarstone® purchase.

Keep in mind, no two Polarstone® surfaces are the same. You will likely see unique color variations, shadings and reflectivity once installed. You may also notice the color and shading looks different in different lighting. These are standard traits of all naturally-derived surfaces—and one of the most exciting features of our products.

Also, while Polarstone® surfaces are designed for durability, you’ll likely notice some day-to-day wear over time. Don’t worry—this won’t impact the resilience or usability of your surfaces. Many customers opt to have their honed surfaces restored over time—should you opt to do that, follow our Care & Maintenance instructions. Cleaning, though, is not included in our warranty.
